Thermostat valve
The thermostat valve mixes the warm water of the supply line with the coo-
led water from the return leg of the heating circuit distributor. The amount
of warm water to be added depends on the settings at the thermostat head
and the temperature difference.
The remote sensor of the thermostat head is located directly at the pump
outlet. It continuously responds to the current supply temperature. If the
supply temperature at the remote sensor differs from the set-point value,
the thermostat valve adjusts the volume of additional warm water via the
valve lift. The warm water of the supply line is mixed with the cooled wa-
ter from the return leg of the heating circuit distributor at the inlet of the
circulator pump.
This results in a cycle, which maintains a constant supply temperature in a
narrow temperature range.
Return valve
The return valve hydraulically balances the heating pump group with the
primary circuit.
