WARNINGS! Do not ever use the helmet without the chin-guard.
4. HOW TO REMOVE THE INNER WASHABLE LINING
4.1 Starting from the neck protection, pull slightly towards the inside of the helmet (Pic.7-8), then
the lateral sides ( Pic.7-9) and at the end release the frontal part (Pic.10)
4.2 To remove the cheek pad, first detach the studs at the back and then extract it from the chin
strap through the slot. Same operation for the other cheek pad (Pic.11)
4.3 Remove the lining by detaching the 2 studs on the rear side (Pic.12) , then pull it out gently by
releasing the frontal fixing strips (Pig.13)
4.4 Pull out completely the lining.
CLEANING THE INNER WASHABLE LINING
• Scrub by hand with neutral soap and water (max 30° C).
• Rinse with cold water. Do not wring. Dry at room temperature
CAUTION! Never wash the lining in the washing machine. Never use petrol or
other solvents to clean the lining.
5. HOW TO FIT THE WASHABLE INNER LINING
5.1 Place the main lining padding inside the helmet
5.2 Introduce and attach the front fixing strips to the support fixed on the shell (Pic.14)
5.3 Hook the 2 studs in the rear side of the helmet (Pic.15)
5.4 Insert the chin strap through the slot in the cheek pad. Repeat for the other cheek.
5.5 Attach the cheek pads by pressing the studs at the back ( (Pic.16)
5.6 Insert the scissor-type tabs in the their seating. (Pig.17)
5.7 Introduce the lateral strips and fix them to the clips between the polystyrene of the helmet and
the shell. (Pic.18)
5.8 Fix the plastic tab in the neck area to the relative clip. (Pic.19)
WARNINGS! Chin guard opening and/or closing can be done ONLY when the bike is stationery
