5. Measuring
1. Press ON/OFF - to start the meter
2. Choose grain/seed using < >
3. Display will show you which size to use in the cap -9ml or 11ml
4. Pour the grains into the milling area evenly
5. Put the milling cap on its place and twist it.
6. Twist it until the stop hits the the edge of the mill.
7. Press Test
If the display shows for example" < 11%" or ">40%" the result is outside the measuring range.
" <11%" The sample is very dry or measuring has been interrupted.
" >40%"
The sample is too wet or the sample was not big enough.
8. Moisture content is on the left side of the display and average on the right side.
9. Clean the mill and the cap, use the cleaning brush that came with the meter.
6. Average calculation – On the bottom right of the grain/seed display
The meter automatically calculates the average of the measurements.
Dispalys the average calculation of the last four (4) measurements.
The meter memorises the average even if you switch off meter.
NOTE! When you change grain type all the average calculations will be deleted.

The measuring cell must be cleaned carefully so the next measurement will be as accurate as the first. Clean
the mill with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Don't use any strong cleaning purifying agents and don't let the
meter get wet. Store meter in a dry place. Meter turns off after while when not used.
