The following steps are required to start calibration:
1.
Connect and short-circuit the test lead and any extension cable
2.
With a short-circuited test lead, actuate both buttons
3.
Calibration is started, both LEDs illuminate subsequently from below to
above and back again
4.
Calibration has ended when the 2mA / 200mA LED illuminates again.
Flashing of the "0.5 Ohm" LED means that the measured resistance amounts to
max. 0.2 Ohm.
The integrated buzzer sounds as soon as the resistance is less than 1.0 Ohm.
WARNING
There is no external voltage protection in 200 mA mode.

Voltage display

Connect the test lead to the instrument.
Connect the test lead to the voltage source.
The flashing of the red LED with the "+5 V" marking means that a positive voltage is pre-
sent. The flashing of the red LED with the "-5 V" marking means that a negative voltage
is present. If both red LEDs are illuminated, an AC voltage is present.

Torch

To switch on the torch, change to voltage display mode and press the "Torch" button.
Press the button again to switch off the lamp. The high-performance LED makes it possi-
ble to achieve a burn time of up to 80 hours. LED service life >100,000 hours.
