7. Troubleshooting
The following problems can result in disconnection or unsuccessful connection:
Error
The transmission has exceeded the
range of 10m, or there are barriers such
as walls or furniture between the receiv-
er and the transmitter.
One of the two devices (audio output
device or Bluetooth receiver) is turned
off.
The pairing did not work properly
and switched off automatically after 5
minutes.

Status LED
The blue and red LEDs flash successively
The blue LED starts glowing
LED turns off after flashing for one minute
The red LED glows continuously Once the device is
fully charged, the LED stops glowing
The red and blue LEDs glow continuously. If the
device is fully charged, the red LED stops glowing
Troubleshooting
Ensure that the range is not
exceeded.
Turn on the corresponding devices.
Pair the devices again. Make sure
that the connection is not prevent-
ed by excessive transmission range
or obstacles.
