and temperature around 40°C), the intensive use of the device may require the
triggering of automatic devices for thermal protection. In this case, await until
the device cools down, before using it again.
Do not perform any vacuum packaging cycle for more than 10 times
consecutively; besides this limit, the automatic systems for the
thermal protection of the device may trigger. In this case, await
about 30 minutes for the restoration of these protection systems
(We suggest to await at least 60 seconds between one sealing and
the following one).

Caution: The key is pressed when the cover is closed and the air suction and
sealing begin immediately. Do not press this key manually.
2 SEALING STRIP: it performs the sealing.
3 SUCTION CHAMBER: area where the open end of the bag is located to allow
the air suction and the removal of eventual exceeding liquids.
4 LIQUID COLLECTION TANK
5 SEAL: it creates the optimal sealing in the suction chamber in order to create
the vacuum within the bags.

of the device free of hindrances, as well as enough space to allow the leaning
of the bags with the food to be packaged.
3) Place the food to be stored evenly in the bag. Make sure the bag is about 8 cm
longer than the food to be stored.
4) Lift the device cover and connect the cable to an outlet complying with the data
of the rating plate applied on the device bottom.
5) Place the open end of the bag inside the suction chamber as shown in Figure
2, with the smooth side facing downwards.
Make sure that the inside of the bag, where the welding will be performed, is
clean and free from any food particles. It must be stretched and unwrinkled.
6) Press firmly with both hands on both sides of the cover, hooking the two locking
levers to the device base (until hearing a "click").
Caution! The pressure of the cover on the ON/OFF key starts air suction and

device turns off, press the two buttons opening the cover.
7) Verify the sealing of the bag and place it in the fridge, freezer or sideboard.
USE OF THE ROLLS
The roll allows to prepare bags in the length desired, suitable for the food to be

and adding at least 8 cm; add further 2 cm for each time that the bag is reused.
2) Unwind the roll and using the sharpen scissors with long blades cut it in the
wished measure.
3) Place one of the two open ends of the bag on the sealing gasket with the smooth
side facing downwards.

VACUUM PACKAGING FOR LIQUIDS
To vacuum package the liquids, it is necessary to pre-freeze them. Place the liquid
food in a suitable container and then put it into the freezer for about 12-18 hours,
then remove it from the container and insert it into a bag for vacuum packaging.
Remove the air and seal the bag as described in the paragraph "instructions for
use"; then place the bag in freezer. These foodstuffs can be defrosted by dipping
them into boiling water or using the microwave oven. To preserve liquids in
vacuum packages, it is possible to use either the bags or the suitable containers
for vacuum packaging.
SEAL OR BAG-CLOSING FUNCTION
This device can have the function of bag closing, without necessarily creating
the vacuum.
Just place the end of the bag that you want to seal, perfectly clean and well stretched
on the sealing gasket.
Caution! Do not let the bag protrude into the suction chamber or on the sealing
gasket.
Press firmly with both hands on both sides of the cover, hooking the two locking
levers to the device base (until hearing a "click").
Caution! The pressure of the cover on the ON/OFF key starts bag sealing
immediately and automatically. Wait a few seconds and when the device turns
off, press the two buttons opening the cover.
Verify the bag sealing.

attention not to let liquids penetrate within the device.
It is important to remove any nylon residuals (bag) from the sealing strip using a
soft cloth, after each use, paying attention not to damage it.
Clean the sealing strip only when it has cooled down.
