Preparations before installation
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check the appliance transport damages. Make
sure all the parts are supplied. In case of incom-
plete delivery (e.g. cutting blades, bowl, lid) or
damage, contact supplier immediately. DO NOT
use the appliance. (See; Warranty).
Installation
• Ensure the machine is placed in a dry area and
that surface is level and has sufficient strength to
support the machine.
• Ensure that the electrical power supply corres-
ponds with the rating label on the machine.
Operation
Attention: This appliance has a safety system which ensures will prevent operation unless the bowl and lid
are correctly placed.
• Place the bowl onto the motor housing as in Fig.
1, and turn the bowl in anti-clockwise until the
bowl is locked in place.
• Connect the power plug to a socket. The OFF in-
dicator will light up and the appliance is ready for
use.

• Open and lift the lid and place the ingredients in
the bowl, close the lid. It is also possible to add
ingredients to the bowl using the small rubber lid
in the scraper handle.
• Press and hold the PULSE button for short time
operation. The motor stops when the button is
released.
• Press the ON button for continuous operation. It
is possible to open the small rubber lid during
operation and add ingredients to the bowl.
• When you are finished, press the OFF button, un-
plug the appliance and clean it.
WARNING! Never load food past 2/3's of the bowl.
Never pour liquid beyond the "Max Liquid Fill"
mark.
WARNING! The appliance should not be operated
without load.
NOTE: Recommended minimal loading level is
above the blades. Loading less will lead to unwan-
ted vibrations. If the ingredients are too big, cut it to
a suitable size before inserting into the bowl.

• Clean the appliance before use (See; Cleaning
and Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Keep the packaging so you can properly store the
appliance when it is not used for an extended pe-
riod of time.
• Ensure there are no obstructions nearby.
• CAUTION! Never bypass any safety locks and
switches on the appliance.
NOTE: The appliance is equipped with two safety
micro switches.
a) One set of switches cuts off the power supply if,
during operation, the handle is lifted beyond a
certain distance or the lid is opened.
b) One set will cut the power supply if the bowl is
not correctly placed.
