12 TROUBLESHOOTING

Maintenance and repair operations must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Before doing any work on the set, disconnect the electric power supply and ensure that
there are no hydraulic components under pressure.

13 TAKING OUT OF SERVICE

Respect the regulations and laws in force for waste disposal, also for the packaging.
Electric power supply
disconnected
Fuse burnt out in panel
Incorrect programming.
Incorrect adjustment of pressure
switch or sensor thresholds.
Different sensors connected to
AI1 and AI2.
Data loss errors in the internal
memories of the board.
Remedy
Connect power supply
Check the 24 Vac supply voltage in
the electric panel, downstream from
the transformer of the auxiliaries.
Replace burnt-out fuse.
Program the start/stop values.
Check timing.
Increase the differential pressure or
the stop pressure.
Check that, with FEEDBACK set on
AI1/AI2, the pressure/level sensors
connected to AI1 and AI2 are of the
same type and the values read are
congruent.
Reprogram the parameter values
congruent with the type of system.
