Preliminary: Remove the battery compartment cover and insert (2) new AAA batteries•.
Rechargeable batteries may enhance the performance of the unit.
*DO NOT MIX alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
1. Flip the switch on the right side of the unit to turn "ON" the FM transmitter.
2. The unit allows you to choose from 20 different frequencies: 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88. 7, 88.9,
90.1, 90.3, 90.5, 90.7, 90.9, 106.1, 106.3, 106.5, 106.7, 106.9, 107.1, 107.3, 107.5, 107.7
& 107.9.
Select a frequency on the unit by doing the following:
(A) Hold the down the frequency select button to toggle between the frequencies on the top
row. This number will represent the number to the LEFT of the decimal.
(Bl Tap the frequency select button to toggle between the frequencies on the bottom row.
This number will represent the number to the RIGHT of the decimal.
(A) HOLD
(B)TAP
3. Match the radio to the frequency selected on the FMT4-RP.
4. Choose a song to begin playing over the radio. If the sound is distorted, begin lowering the
volume on the MP3 player's volume to help lower the distortion.
