ELECTRIC WATER KETTLE

Introduction
To get the most out of your new electric
kettle, please read this manual and the
enclosed safety instructions before use.
Please also save the instructions in case you
need to refer to them at a later date.

The electric kettle is not intended for use by
children or persons with a physical, sensory
or mental disability or any person unable to
operate the electric kettle unless they are
supervised or have been instructed how to
use the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
The electric kettle becomes very hot during
use. Touch the handle only. Be careful not to
burn yourself on the hot parts of the kettle or
scald yourself on boiling water or escaping
steam.
Never leave the electric kettle unattended
while in operation. Make sure that it is placed
out of the reach of children and that the cord
does not hang over the table or worktop.
Do not submerge the electric kettle in water
or other liquids. Avoid touching the electric
kettle with damp or wet hands.
The electric kettle may only be used for
heating and boiling water.

Fill the electric kettle with fresh, cold water
only.
The water level in the electric kettle must be
between the MIN and MAX marks when you
switch it on.
Make sure that the lid is in place before
heating the water.
Turn the electric kettle off before lifting it off
the base.
Unplug the electric kettle when it is not in
use.
