Fixing router table
Fix the router table to the desired height by the lever
Built-in telescopic spring returns the router table in the
original position after releasing the lever.
Rough depth adjustment
Adjustment must be carried out when the tool
is switched off.
Set the depth of milling by the screws on the chip
deflector
, together with the adjusting bit
indicator
. The three screws on the chip deflector
enable pre-setting of three depths of milling. The range
of setting is 50 mm.
Put the router on the workpiece.
Release the lever
and slowly push down the tool.
When the router touches the surface, pull the lever
Turn the chip deflector
of milling.
Unscrew the wing screw
movement of the adjusting bit
Push down the adjusting bit
screw on the chip deflector.
Set the depth indicator
Push the adjusting bit
desired depth on the scale
Release the lever
and push the bit into the new pre-
adjusted position so that the adjusting bit
the screw and then pull the lever
You must check the rough depth adjustment by a
practical test and then correct it if necessary.
Fine depth adjustment
Adjustment must be carried out when the tool
is unpluged.
Carry our fine depth adjustment if necessary. Having set
the rough depth adjustment you can set the desired
depth to 0,1 mm accurately by turning the knob of the
adjusting bit (1 line = 0,1 mm).
First release the lever
down, press the upper button of the adjusting bit in the
direction
, so that it is laid on the screw on the

for a desired value. Pull again the lever
Fine depth adjustment with the router fixed in a
table:
Support the adjusting bit
deflector by a hollow screw and a spring.
Fasten the hollow screw
attention to put the screwdriver in the inside of the
adjusting bit into the groove of the screw below the nut
. Pushing the cover of the tool you set the approximate
depth of cut and fasten the screw
adjustment is carried out by turning the upper lever in the

Check the accuracy by a practical test or correct it
correspondingly.
