• B+ : « Battery + » = positive terminal of the alternator supplying the battery

B- (also called D-, E or G) : « Battery - » : negative terminal of the alternator
• S : « Sense » : battery voltage reference
• IG ou D+ : « Ignition » : Alternator ignition
• L : « Light » : Warning light connected to the dashboard
