Intended Use
The tool is intended for separating cuts and cut-outs in
wood, plastic, metal, ceramic plates and rubber while
resting firmly against the counter-holder. It is suitable
for straight and curved cuts. Observe the saw-blade
recommendations.
The tool can also be used for filing, deburring, polish-
ing and lapping.
For damage caused by usage other than intended, the
user is responsible.
Device protection
The maximal allowable operating pressure
of 6.3 bar may not be exceeded; if required,
use pressure reducer.
To prevent damage from contaminated compressed
air, a compressed-air maintenance unit must be
installed in the line system.

Assembly instructions
Replacing/Inserting a Saw Blade
(see figure A)
 Before any work on the machine, discon-
nect the compressed-air supply.
 For inserting and changing the saw blade
1, it is recommended to wear protective
gloves.
Loosen fastening screw 5.
Insert the saw blade 1 to the stop into the saw blade
holder 6.
Tighten fastening screw 5 again.
Check the tightness of fastening screw 5 regularly and
retighten, if required.
The weight of the application tool must not exceed
20 g.
The shank thickness of the application tool must not be
thinner than 0.1 mm (max.) of the rated dimension.
Pay attention that the tool holder and the saw blade do
not touch projecting parts of the tool.
