Horizon speaker. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to require Louis Vuitton to bring the product
to compliance, without payment, by repair or replacement, or to benefit from the appropriate price reduction
or the termination of the contract regarding this product.
You must inform Louis Vuitton about the lack of conformity within 2 (two) months from the date you have identified
it. Any repair or replacement of the product will be made within a period of time which may not exceed 15 (fifteen)
calendar days from the date on which you, as the case may be, informed Louis Vuitton of the lack of conformity
of the product or handed over the product to the nearest Louis Vuitton store (a list of which is available online
at louisvuitton.com. It is not a condition that you return the product with the original receipt, warranty booklet,
accessories, packaging, etc. Upon any repair or replacement of the product, Louis Vuitton shall cover all costs
necessary to bring the products into conformity, including: postal costs, transport, handling, diagnostics, expertise,
disassembly, assembly, labor, materials used and packaging.
After the expiry of this international limited guarantee and the guarantee provided by the applicable local law, consumers
can claim the repair or replacement of products that cannot be used for the purpose for which they were created
as a result of hidden defects occurring within the average duration of use, according to the Romanian Civil Code.
