1) Remove the power plug (1). Remove the
motor unit lid (2) and the battery support
bracket (3).

4) Remove the terminal board connecting
the transformer to the control board (1) and
insert it in the "BATTSTAR" board's (2) free
slot.

2) Position and secure the "BATTSTAR" boad
on the spacers placed on the control board
with the UNI 6954 ø2,9 x 9,5 self-tapping
screws provided.

5) Insert the "BATTSTAR" board's terminal
board "A" (with connecting cables) in the
slots previously occupied by the terminal
boards (3) that connected the transformer
to the control board.

3) Insert the two 12V-1,2Ah batteries and
fasten them with the bracket and UNI 6954
ø 3,9 x 16 self-tapping screws.

6) Insert the cables with the connectors of
the "BATTSTAR" board" to the batteries, as
follows:
- connector with the black cable, connect it
to the negative (-) of battery no. 1;
- the connector with the red cable, connect
to the positive (+) of battery No. 2;
the connectors with the white cable, connect
on remaining poles (+ and -) of the two
batteries (see figure).
Caution, after preparing the battery connec-
tions, the control board is momentarily pow-
ered at 24V DC.
