NOTICE! The cushioning and the end stop must be set under
pressure-free operation.
O
Make sure the relevant section of the system is not under
pressure and protect it from being switched on.

With elastic cushioning, an
elastomer absorbs the impact
energy. Elastic cushioning is
suitable for forward and return
strokes.
Forward stroke:

Position cushioning for forward stroke
The elastic and hydraulic cushioning for the forward stroke can be
mounted on the right side or left side of the slide.
15
For the pneumatic cushioning the sleeve for adjustment
of the stroke length must be mounted on the side of the
slide where the integrated cushioning cylinder is located.
15
O
Mount the elastic or hydraulic cushioning for the forward
stroke on the selected position.
NOTICE! For MSC series mini slides with a single piston (drive
variant 1R or 1L) you must not change the position of the elastic or
hydraulic cushioning. The cushioning must be mounted on the side
of the slide where the piston is located.
With hydraulic cushioning, a fixed
shock absorber absorbs the impact
energy. Hydraulic cushioning is
suitable for forward and return
strokes.
