ELECTRIC VITRO-CERAMIC GRILLS
1.
Choose a dry suitable location for the grill.
a) The grill should not be installed close to inflammable or heat deforming products. If this is not
possible, the grill working-place has to be isolated with a thermic non-inflammable material.
b) Choose a dry location to place the grill.
This machine should not be used by people whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are
diminished (including children), or by people with little experience or know-how, except if they can
be assisted by another person responsible for their safety and vigilance and are able to give them
instructions pertaining to the use of the machine.
It is also convenient to supervise children so as to assure they maintain a safe distance from the
machine.

Make sure that the power supply is compatible with the grills' power before connecting it. The power
board should have a 30 mA protection and a circuit breaker with the contacts 3 mm apart.
In the rear part of the machines there's a terminal marked
connection between several machines.
ALWAYS CONNECT THE GRILL DIRECTLY TO AN EARTHED MAINS SOCKET AND
NEVER USE ANY KIND OF TYPE T ADAPTERS.

The grill's led(s) light up and turn off when the set temperature is reached.
Use the cover plate button to deactivate and activate the cover plate. As standard, the cover plate is
activated. Press the button down to deactivate the cover plate. This allows you to use the lower plate
only.
BEFORE USING THE GRILL FOR THE FIRST TIME, LET IT WORK FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES
AT MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IN ORDER TO EXTRACT ANY HUMIDITY.

CAUTION
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE GRILL FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING IT.
NEVER USE WATER DIRECTLY ON THE MACHINE. NEVER SPILL COLD WATER ON THE
PLATES.
Always use mild liquid detergents to clean the plates and also all the metallic parts of the grill. Never
use solid detergents or detergents containing chlorine.
After using the grill, remove all scraps with a suitable scraper and only after should the plate be
cleaned with detergent and a wet cloth.
