Step 5.
Disconnect the machine from the power
supply mains.
Turn on the machine, take the glass by the stem and put it on the center brush. Drying and
polishing a glass take 12-13 seconds. To improve the result, tilt the glass slightly to the left or to
the right!
COMPONENT PROTECTION
The glass polishing machine is intended for commercial use and is designed for intensive
operation. To protect the main electronic components from the inside, turn off the machine
when not in use. In extreme situations (when the machine is overheated), the motor shuts down
automatically to prevent overheating and risk to key parts of the motor. When the motor cools
down (after 15-20 minutes), the machine will automatically resume operation.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• Before cleaning, make sure that the machine is turned off and unplug the cable from the wall
socket. Let the machine cool down. Wipe the outside of the machine daily with a damp cloth or
a sponge. Do not immerse the machine completely in water and do not wash it under running
water as this will cause serious damage to the machine.
• At the end of the working day, leave the machine on for 20 minutes to dry the brushes: this
will ensure that the machine will efficiently operate during the next work cycle.
• Microfiber brushes are highly wear-resistant and durable (last more than six months). As the
brushes wear and age, polishing quality deteriorates; check the brushes and replace them
timely.
