5. LET'S PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
Please remember to take any packaging and furniture that reach the end of their life duration to the waste
treatment facility.
6. WARRANTY

Extent of warranty

The sales warranty covers 5 years from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. The warranty covers
manufacture defects: missing parts, and hardware, and damage occurring under normal conditions of use.
NATERIAL products are designed according to the highest quality standards for products intended for the
consumer market.
These products are covered with a 5 year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all
defects in materials and workmanship.
Repairs and replacement of parts do not result in extension of the initial warranty duration.
The product must be used under normal circumstances of use, for non-business use; therefore, the following
are excluded: products used by landscaping companies, local communities, as well as products intended for
paid rental or free loan.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues or incidents arising from incorrect use of the product.
The product warranty cover is limited to the value of the product.
Namely excluded are the following cases:
• Damage upon setup.
• Fading colours and stains resulting from non-compliance with the maintenance instructions.
• All issues resulting from incorrect use of the product (including damage).
• Upon opening the pack, cutter slashes, staple marks, marks on the table surface from being placed on the
floor.
In case of encountering problems with your piece of furniture, please contact the manager of the garden de-
partment in your store. Keep your invoice or your receipt because they will be requested for processing any
