TRIPOD SHOTS

The S Adapter L is fitted with a shoe with a ¼" thread so that the
camera/adapter/lens combination can be used with a tripod. This
shoe can be screwed off for freehand shots; the integrated toggle
screw is used for this.
Important:
When tightening the tripod show, make sure that the screw is fully
tightened.
Note:
The following conditions apply to attaching the combination SL
camera/S Adpater.S lens on a tripod:
– the adapter's tripod show should always be used for attachment,
except in the following cases:
– lenses with their own tripod shoes: attaching using the lens's
tripod shoe is essential (if necessary, the adapter tripod shoe must
be removed).
