HOLDING/CARRYING THE EQUIPMENT

When taking freehand shots, always hold the combination of SL
camera, S adapter and S lens with both hands, i.e. with one hand on
the lens. The same applies to carrying the equipment. With heavy
lenses in particular, you should use the lens carrying strap available
instead of the camera carrying strap.
