1 * Pull out the crown to position III
(the second hand stops. The display
changes from the alarm time to the
reference time).
Activate the setting mode

Press the push button for at least 2
sec. When the small minute hand
moves forward 1 min, the mode is
activated.

Short push: (less than 1 sec)
The reference time moves forward
minute by minute.
Medium push: (1-2 sec)
The reference time moves forward
hour by hour.
Long push: (more than 2 sec)
The reference time moves forward
until the push button is released.
