1. Remove contents from box. Verify that all parts listed are present and free from damage. Read installation instructions carefully before
attempting installation.
2. If the vehicle is equipped with factory tow hooks, They must be removed prior to installation. To do this, remove the bottom bolt from
the front vehicle frame that secures the to hook. Then remove the long bolt and nut from the side of the front vehicle frame. Pull out the
tow hook forward of the vehicle. 2003-2007 Silverado models will have plastic shrouds around the tow hooks behind the bumper. These
need to be removed to complete installation. Then can be reinstalled.
3. Some vehicles will have a closed plastic valance covering the front frame opening. This will have to be trimmed to insert the light bar
assembly.
4. Insert the light bar assembly through the bumper valance to the vehicle frame. Align the mounting holes to those on the vehicle frame
tow hook holes. The factory tow hooks are able to be reinstalled with the original fasteners.
5. Otherwise use one M12 hex bolt, two M12 flat washers, one M12 lock washer, and one M12 hex nut per mounting hole to secure the
assembly to the vehicle.
6. Tighten the supplied M12 fasteners to 35-45 lbs-ft.
