CHOOSING A MOUNTING LOCATION
When deciding a proper location to install the unit,
please take the following points into consideration:
The unit is designed for indoor ceiling flush mount
and is not suitable for wall mount.
The occupancy detector is more sensitive to an
object moving across its field of view. It is less
sensitive to an object moving directly towards the
sensor head. (FIGURE 1)
SENSOR LESS
SENSITIVE
The unit has a sensing angle of 360° and can
detect up to 3 meters radius for micro motion and
up to 5 meters radius for walk across motion at
the mounting height of 2.5 meters. (FIGURE 2)
INSTALLATION
(1) Switch off the power source or wall switch before
installing.
(2) In order to install the sensor, drill a round hole of
about 70mm in diameter on the drop ceiling.
Turn both spring clips upward so they can fit into
the hole. (FIGURE 3)
