OPERATION
- Before first use, charge the 779.CL inspection lamp for 3 hours.
The maximum autonomy is reached after 3 complete charge-discharge cycles.
- Charge indicator : blinks during charging
: fixed indicator shows charging complete and maintained
- When switched on, the lamp's intensity increases gradually to preserve LED lifetime.
- During the ignition phase, the lamp cannot be switched off.
- The lamp blinks every 15 seconds when the batteries are discharged.
- Batteries are sensitive to temperature: autonomy variations can occur at low temperatures
- The charger is fitted with an automatic thermal circuit breaker.
- Battery charging stops at 45°C (batteries manufacturer value). If charging stops, remove the
lamp to reinitialize charging.
- The 779.CL inspection lamp resists to most products and solvents used in automotive repair
and industrial shops (white spirit, petrol, diesel fuel, brake fluid, engine oil).
MAINTENANCE
- Never immerse the 779.CL inspection lamp in a cleaning product.
- Use a dry cloth with soapy water to clean your 779.CL inspection lamp.
- If the batteries are removed, observe their polarity when restarting.
Ni-MH batteries are consumables not covered by
the guarantee. The lamp's autonomy is specified
for new 1850-mAh batteries.
