Your baby should always be secured with the integrated safety belt, even outside the car.
The manufacturer can except no liability for improper handling.
1. SECURING YOUR BABY IN THE UNIVERSAL "LIFESAVER ZERO PLUS"
Open the belt lock by pressing the closure button. Fit the shoulder snugly around the baby, bring
both shoulder belts together in the catch and latch into the lock. (Fig. 1)
The belts can be finely adjusted via the central belt adjuster at the bottom end of the child seat.
The belt width can be increased by pressing the belt clip in the crotch area of the child and
simultaneously pulling the belt in the area around the child's shoulders.
In order to fit the belt more tightly to your child's body, please pull the end of the belt.
Note : A tightly fitted belt increases the safety of your child.
Fit the waist belt as low as possible.
2. MOUNTING IN THE CAR
Make sure that the shoulder belts of the child seat and the safety belts in the car are not twisted.
Thread the safety belt through the slit in the leg area (marked in blue) and latch in.
Lay the shoulder belt of the 3-point belt around the back wall of the baby shell and insert it into
the belt guide located on the back wall (marked in blue).
A tightly fitted seat belt increases safety in the universal "Lifesaver zero plus". (Fig. 2)
Always mount the universal "Lifesaver zero plus" opposite the direction of travel.
The carrier grip should be in the bottommost position (head end). (Fig. 3)
The universal "Lifesaver zero plus" can be installed both on the front passenger seat and on a
rear seat fitted with 3-point belts.
When fixing the universal "Lifesaver zero plus" to the front passenger seat, ensure that the seat
is as far back as it can go and the back rest is in a vertical position.
When mounting to the front passenger seat, ensure that the airbag is deactivated.
