3. Operating Instructions: Basic Features

Operator Menu

To select an Operator Menu item, either
1. Select item by number and press ENTER
Or
2. Use ARROW KEYS to scroll to item and press
ENTER
Displays the Alibi Search screen:
Displays the Adjust Contrast screen. Use the UP and
DOWN arrow keys to increase or decrease contrast
to suit viewing conditions, and ENTER to confirm the
value and return to the Operator Menu.
Displays the transaction counter. The counter can be
edited to modify the number, or re-set it to zero.
Displays the Time and Date screens, where the
system's time and date can be modified. Use the UP
and DOWN keys to scroll between screens.
Displays the Totals Recall screen.
Expands the display by ten, so that a weight of
12.34 is displayed as 12.345. The x10 symbol
displays in place of the range symbol, and the
PRINT function prints weights in the expanded
format.
Displays screens of information about the terminal.
Use the UP and DOWN arrows to scroll between
screens.
Enters Setup. Not an Operator function.
