Seared Filet wit h Spinach
Ingredients:

2 6OZ Filet Mignon or lean steak
•
Sea Salt
•
Pepper
•
Fresh Spinach
•
Heavy Cream
•
Blue Cheese
Steps:
•
In a low heat sauce pan, mix the heavy cream with crumbled blue
cheese
•
Quickly cook the spinach on the griddle and then add to the creamy
mixture
•
Season the filet well and place on the griddle following instructions
•
Once ready, let the filet rest for a few minutes and then serve alongside
the creamy spinach
