Support for devices under warranty is provided by the
product reseller. The product must be accompanied
by all its accessories and the original receipt or
invoice as well as a letter explaining the reason for
the return or the symptoms of failure observed.
INFORMATION:
1. In the event that your device no longer works, first
check whether other reasons, such as an interruption
in the power supply or improper handling, may be
the cause.
2. In the event of a repair: Make sure that the
defective device is accompanied by the following
documents:
- Bill
- Description of the fault (a description as precise as
possible will speed up the repair).
3. Before sending in your device, remove all
accessories that are not part of the original
components supplied with the pump. We do not
accept responsibility if these accessories are missing
when the pump is returned.
For a list of available parts, contact your dealer.
DIPRA makes every effort to supply the main spare
parts (known as wear parts) for this product under
and outside the warranty period. The expected
duration is 5 years from the date of manufacture
of the product, which appears on the nameplate
thereof.
In the event of a warranty claim or breakdown,
please contact your dealer. An intervention under
warranty or an exchange for a new product during
the warranty period does not extend the initial
warranty period.

be collected separately and fed into an environment-
friendly recycling system. Please consult your local
