Posts are single use
devices
Posts, Drills and Wrenches
are non-sterile.
Prior to use, bag materials
and sterilize with a
fractionated vacuum
autoclave or gravity
displacement
autoclave for 20 minutes at
121°C. When reprocessing
drills, remove debris and dry
before sterilization.
Remove debris with an
ultrasonic cleaning unit for
5 minutes or a thermal
disinfector unit
(washer-disinfector) at 80°C
for 10 minutes. For

Contraindications:
Do not use EZ-Fit in patients
with a known allergy to any of
the product's ingredients.
Precautions:
Prior to the procedure, the
placement of a rubber dam is
recommended.

Fiber Endodontic Post System
Product Description:
The EZ-Fit Translucent post is made of translucent ber resin material that re ects the natural hues of the tooth
and eliminates shadows through composite restorations at the gingival/crown. This highly translucent post
systems allows for the optimal use of light-cured, dual-cured, and self-cured cements and core materials.
Indications For Use:
In case of insu cient residual tooth structure (<4 mm) the post is needed to support and secure the coronal
restoration. Fiber posts are intended to be cemented into the root canal of a tooth to stabilize and support a
restoration.
Warnings:
For the clinical success of any ber post system you must establish an acquitted ferrule. A ferrule is de ned as "a
ring or a band used to surround the root". (Glossary of Prosthodontics 2017).
Posts are single use devices and should never be salvaged for re-use. Structural integrity of the post could be
compromised including microscopic damage which could lead to post fracture.

Composition:
EZ-Fit Translucent is composed of glass bers bound in an epoxy mix and bisphenol A epoxy barium lled by
weight.
Radiopacity:
The radiopacity of the EZ-Fit Translucent Post
material allows the posts to be seen clearly on
