► W ater and gas escape from the dispenser piece
The pressure relief valve triggers during charging
Too many chargers have been used
▪ You only need 1 charger for your iSi Soda Siphon.
The device has been overfilled
▪ "Release pressure" (page 15). Refill the device with water.
▪ Refer to "Filling" (page 12) for the maximum filling amount.
The measuring tube was not inserted
▪ "Release pressure" (page 15). Insert the measuring tube.
Refill the device with water.
► T he water contains no/hardly any CO 2
The water is not cold enough
▪ The colder the water, the more CO 2 it can absorb.
The device was not shaken enough
▪ The device must be shaken vigorously a number of times (at least
5 times) after the soda charger has been inserted.
No pressure/not enough pressure in the device
▪ Only use original iSi soda chargers.
▪ Do not reuse empty chargers; empty chargers must be disposed of
immediately.
► G as escapes between the bottle and the head during charging
Riser tube with gasket is missing
▪ "Release pressure" (page 15). Insert the riser tube into the bottle.
The gasket has been damaged
▪ "Release pressure" (page 15). Replace the riser tube with gasket.
The head was not screwed on securely enough
▪ Screw the head onto the bottle in accordance with the instruction
manual so that it is straight and sealed tightly.
Bottle has been damaged on the upper edge
▪ "Release pressure" (page 15). Send the device to the iSi service center.
