Disconnect the polisher from power supply network.
INSTALLATION OF HOLDING PAD
● Slide the holding pad (6) (fig. A) onto gear casing (3) from front to back.
● Use the fixing screws (7) and screw them into the fixing holes (5) on both sides of the gear to secure
the installation (fig. B).
Front side of the holding pad (6) features recess for fingers at the bottom to provide firm grip.
INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL D HANDLE
You can set up additional D handle in one of two positions: vertical or horizontal (fig. D and E). Set up must
be made before installation. The handle bow features keys that lock inside the inner fixing frame.
● Slide the additional D handle (8) (fig. C) onto gear casing (3) from front to back.
● Use the fixing screws (7) with washers and screw them into the fixing holes (5) on both sides of the gear
to secure the installation (fig. D).
INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
You can install additional handle (9) (fig. F) either on left or right side of the gear casing (3). It is recommended
for use with accessories exceeding 125 mm in diameter.
Screw the additional handle (9) (fig. F) into one of the installation holes (5) in the gear casing (3).
INSTALLATION AND DEINSTALLATION OF POLISHING WHEEL / BUFFING-POLISHING WHEEL
● Press the spindle lock button (4) and rotate the spindle until it locks.
● Screw polishing wheel (10) (fig. G) onto spindle with right-hand thread.
● Release the spindle lock button (4).
● You can remove the polishing wheel by following the installation procedure in reverse sequence.
● Use the same procedure to install and remove buffing-polishing wheel with hook and loop attachment
(12) (fig. I).
The spindle lock button (4) is only used to install and remove the buffing-polishing wheel. It cannot
be used as a brake-button when the wheel is rotating. Otherwise the polisher may be damaged or
the user may be injured.
INSTALLATION OF BUFFING PAD
● Pull the polishing pad (11) (fig. H) over polishing wheel (10) (fig. D), stretch it slightly.
● Secure by pulling the line (put ends of line into the polishing pad so they don't get loose during
operation).
Polishing pad must closely adhere to the polisher wheel.
