Faults
Use only original spare and accessory parts.
Fault
No pressure builds up in
the device
Liquid flows out of the
pump.
The nozzle does not
spray even though pres-
sure is present.
Only a spray, emerges,
there is no atomization.
Safety valves blows off
too early.
The shut-off valve does
not close.
Liquid emerges without
the lever being activa-
ted.
Pressure gage is not indi-
cating any tank pressure.
CFV:
Nozzle does not spray,
pressure in the tank is
lower or equal to the
operating pressure of the
CFV.
Nozzle does not spray,
pressure in the tank is
greater than the operating
pressure of the CFV.

Cause
The pump is not scre-
wed on tightly.
O-ring [19] on the
pump is faulty.
Diaphragm [20] is
defective.
Valve disk [23] dirty of
defective.
Filter [22] and / or
nozzle [21] blocked.
Insert [52] is missing
Safety valve [12] is
defective.
O-ring [24] on the pres-
sure bolt not greased.
Defective pressure bolt
[25] or O-ring [24].
Pressure gage [16]
defective.
Pressure in the tank is
too low.
CFV [55] is soiled or
defective.

Remedy
Screw the pump on tightly.
Replace the O-ring. (Fig. 21).
Replace the diaphragm. (Fig. 21).
Clean or replace the valve disk. (Fig.
20).
Clean the filter or / and nozzle. (Fig.
18 +19).
Position the insert in the nozzle. (Fig.
18).
Replace safety valve. (Fig. 22).
Grease the O-ring of the pressure
bolt. (Fig. 23b). Replace the pressu-
re bolt or O-ring. (Fig. 23b).
Sever attachments (at top, at bot-
tom, on right) [26]. (Fig. 24) Open
panel [27], unscrew pressure gage
[16] with wrench and replace. (Fig.
24).
Insert fixing knob [28] (from the spa-
re parts pouch [3]), push to the right
and insert panel [27]. (Fig. 25).
Increase pressure in the tank to
more than the operating pressure of
the CFV.
Replace the CFV [55].
