The Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER has multiple hardware connections to accommodate any audio application, indoors and outdoors. Peel back the protective covering located on the side of the Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER to access the hardware panel. Fully charge the Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER for 6 hours before first use. -

Controls The Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER controls and buttons will have different functions depending on the input mode, and whether a short or long press is used. Some buttons are inactive in certain modes, such as FWD/BACK while in AUX mode. -

Status Indicators The Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER uses light indicators to acknowledge changes in settings, modes, and input response. If no action can be taken, such as decreasing volume when at minimum, or pressing FWD/BACK while in AUX mode, there will be no response. -
Página 8: Hardware Operation
Double-Kick: Double-Kick Mode allows you to play your audio through two Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER systems. One speaker, the Primary, will broadcast the audio to the Secondary speaker. Audio and EQ settings applied by the Primary, or by the KICKER Connect app, will be mirrored on the Secondary. - Página 9 Inward Sequence When Double-Kick is connecting, the Battery Status LEDs will show one of two LED patterns, depending on if the Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER is connecting as the Primary or Secondary speaker. These indicators will only be in effect while establishing the connection between the two Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER systems.

FM Radio The Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER features FM Radio with the ability to save station presets using the KICKER Connect app. Enter FM Radio mode by short pressing the PAIR button until the Red LED is selected. Long press the FWD/BACK buttons to Seek, or short press to change station presets which you have saved using the KICKER Connect App. -

Use the Nissan Tailgate Audio Mounting Bracket, sold separately, to mount your Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER to either the accessory utilitrack section, or the truck bed utilitrack of your compatible Nissan vehicle. See your Nissan dealer for details. Auto Turn-off: If no audio is detected for 10 minutes, the speaker will turn off automatically while in Bluetooth and AUX modes. -

Connect with Bluetooth LE: The KICKER Connect app can use Bluetooth LE to connect to your Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER, a Low Energy transfer protocol that does not stream audio, but still gives you control of your Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER. -

Home Screen: At any time and from any screen, you can use KICKER Connect to change input sources, adjust the volume, or turn the Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER on and off. From the Home screen, you can check the battery life and version of your speaker, receive device update alerts, or use Double-Kick to play audio through two Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER systems. - Página 14 Double-Kick Mode: You may initiate Double-Kick Mode at any time from the Home screen by tapping the empty silhouette of a Nissan Tailgate Audio by KICKER. Factory Reset button. This can be useful to reset the equalizer and volume levels to default, and can help resolve issues with Bluetooth, FM radio, or with the KICKER Connect app. This will reset all settings back to factory defaults, including Bluetooth settings and paired device memory.
