Common malfunctions
Ÿ The system doesn't send phone warnings
- check if the system is armed
- check the programmed phone numbers
- check if there is a programmed alarm delay
- check the balance on the SIM card in the alarm
Ÿ The wireless siren does not sound
- check the power of the siren
Ÿ There is no GSM signal
- check the SIM card in the unit
- check if the SIM has a PIN. It shouldn't.
- check if the main unit is on backup battery and if this is not charged
- check the GSM signal in the area with a phone
Ÿ Phone programming does not work
- check GSM signal
- try another SIM card
- try with another phone
Ÿ The detection distance is short
- check detector battery
Ÿ The SIM card can't receive SMS
- check the memory of the SIM card, maybe it is full of SMS
