10. Hand tighten the height adjustment knob to secure
the casters. (See Figure 7)

11. Repeat steps 2 through 10 for all leg sets.
12. Once all legs and casters have been assembled,
flip conveyor upright so casters are on the ground.
NOTE: Requires at least two people.
13. Gather the package stop bar, two 3/8" metal washers,
two 3/8" nylon washers, four 3/8" locknuts (short and
long), two 3/8" Allen bolts, and two 3/8" hex bolts.
Face the package stop bar with the raised metal
toward you. (See Figure 8)

14. Align bottom hole on package stop handle with top
hole on the package stop bar. Insert a 3/8" nylon
washer onto 3/8" hex bolt and put through hole. Secure
with a 3/8" metal washer and 3/8" locknut (short)
using wrench. (See Figure 9)
NOTE: Do not over tighten. Bolt should be able
to slide freely up and down.

15. Insert 3/8" Allen bolt on top hole of package stop
handle. Secure with 3/8" locknut (long) using wrench.
Repeat steps 14 and 15 on other side of package
stop bar. (See Figure 10)

16. Align handle on package stop bar to the end of the
conveyor. Secure by placing the 3/8" bolt through
the leg hole and tightening the 3/8" serrated flange
nut with a wrench. Repeat this on opposite side.

17. Secure conveyor handles at opposite end with 3/8"
bolt. Tighten the serrated flange nut with a wrench.
18. Secure leg caps on top of the legs of the conveyor.
