The following signs indicate that
your coffee machine needs to be
de-scaled:
– Visible lime-scale build-up in
the water tank (3) and in the
riser tube (4)
– The brewing process is notice-
ably longer.
– The brewing process is noisier
than usual.
– A significant amount of steam
escapes during the brewing
process.
– Water remains in the water
tank after the brewing process
is complete.
Use commercially available de-
scaling solutions for household
appliances. Follow the manufac-
turer's instructions on the packag-
ing. When de-scaling, insert a
paper filter without any ground
coffee to catch the limescale.
STORAGE
Keep the appliance out of the
reach of children.
DISPOSAL
At the end of its service
life this product may not
be disposed of as part of
normal domestic waste.
It must be taken to a dedicated
collection point for recycling
electrical and electronic devices.

instructions or the packaging.
