Rack Installation Slide rack into the Pivot and align the hitch pin holes. Secure rack using hitch pin. Driving Before driving, ensure Pivot is closed, toggle clamp is latched..and safety pin is secured... - Página 5 Swing-Away Operation Prior to performing the swing away operation, ensure the vehicle is in park. Pull down on the toggle clamp. Unlatch safety gate and remove pin. Pivot the top arm out 90 degrees and secure with the safety pin.
