Fig. 4-5:
Remove the nut, washer and bolt from the
rod on the rocker and place the spring (o)
over the rod.
Push the rod through the bracket on
the frame. Insert the bolt through the
innermost hole on the rod and replace the
washer and nut.
Press the rocker in towards the frame
several times to check that the spring on
the rod automatically presses the rocker
back to its original position again.
Fig. 6:
Fit the switch to the motor plate using 4
screws (c) and 4 washers (b).
Do not tighten them fully until all of them
are � tted.

Fit the two handles (a) to the rocker using
the bolts already threaded onto the
handles.
Fig. 9-10-11:
Place the left outer shield (11) over the
motor axle so that it rests against the holder.
Screw the outer shield securely to the
holder using the 3 sets of star screws,
washers and nuts already located on the
holder and motor shield.
Screw the outer shield securely to the frame
using two bolts (j, k), two washers (i) and
two lock nuts (l).
The heads of the star screws and bolts must
be on the inside of the outer shield.
Do not tighten them fully until all of them
are � tted.

Remove the screws located on the edge of
the left inner shield (10).

Secure the guide on the left outer shield
(11) to the left inner shield (10).
The lock nut must not be tightened fully,
but should be tightened enough to prevent
it coming loose, as it is not possible to
tighten it once the inner shield has been
� tted.
Tilt the two inner shields (11, 12) back and
assemble them at the top using two screws
(e), two spring washers (f ) and two washers
(g) on the existing thread.
Fig. 15:
Screw the assembled inner shield securely
to the rocker (4) on the existing thread
using the two screws removed in point 14.
Do not tighten them fully until both are
� tted.
Fig. 16-17:
Remove the screws located on the bottom
shield (2).
Attach the bottom shield on the rocker
using the screws on the existing thread and
with a bolt (o), two washers (h) and one lock
nut (n).
Do not tighten them fully until all of them
are � tted.
Fig. 18:
Place the inner � ange (q) over the motor
axle so that the � at side faces outwards.
