Injection Seal Kit
This kit contains:
(1) 8PJ008II Plunger and
plunger seal
(1) 8J026 Injection stem
o-ring
(1) PJDI006 Check valve
assembly

Insert the new plunger assembly
(8PJ008II), making sure to screw
back on completely.
4. From the body, unscrew the upper
middle nut and pull the injection
stem assembly out. Replace the
injection stem o-ring (8J026).

PJDI006: Check valve assembly
CAUTION: Parts may contain
STOP
concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.

From the injection stem assem-
bly, unscrew the check valve nut
(PDI056), remove the check valve
assembly (PJDI006) from the injec-
tion stem.
If only the check valve
barb (PDI054) comes out,
take a pencil (eraser side
down) through the top
of the injection stem and
gently push the check
valve guide (PDI052) out.

Insert the new check valve
assembly (PJDI006) back into
the injection stem, and thread
the check valve nut (PDI056).
Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1. Unscrew the suction hose nut
(PDI057) and remove the suction
hose.
2.
Unscrew the bell housing (8MP003)
and pull the piston assembly straight
out. From the lower part of the pis-
ton assembly, unscrew the plunger
assembly (8PJ008II) and discard.
Do not use pliers
on the plunger.

Slide the suction hose nut (PDI057)
onto the suction hose, reattach the
suction hose onto the check valve
barb and tighten the suction hose nut
(PDI057).
Don't forget to reset your injection
rate to the proper ratio.
