WARNING!
The TAKATA MINI I-SIZE can be secured in the
vehicle either via the TAKATA I-SIZE BASE (PLUS)
or via the three-point seatbelt of the vehicle.
WARNING!
The TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS) must only be
secured via the TAKATA I-SIZE BASE (PLUS) and
the vehicle's ISOFIX points. The TAKATA MIDI
I-SIZE (PLUS) seat or the TAKATA I-SIZE BASE
(PLUS) have not been designed to be used with a
three-point seatbelt and should not be secured in this
way. Failure to observe this notice may seriously risk
your child's safety, and the safety of other passengers,
in the event of an accident.
NOTE!
The ISOFIX points installed in the vehicle are metal
brackets positioned between the base and back of the
seat. They may be covered by the seat cover or plastic
caps. Please see your vehicle's manual for further
information on where the points are found, and how
they can be uncovered.
WARNING!
Children sitting in the TAKATA MINI I-SIZE or
TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS) must always be
secured via the integrated strap system.
CAUTION!
[Airbag Warning] The TAKATA MINI I-SIZE and
TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS) may not be used on
the front passenger seat in a backward-facing position
with the airbag activated. If the passenger airbag has
been deactivated and the vehicle's manufacturer has
approved the seat as suitable for use with these child
car seats (i-Size or ISOFIX / class 0+ or class 1), you
may use the TAKATA MINI I-SIZE or TAKATA MIDI
I-SIZE (PLUS) in this position. When using the
TAKATA MINI I-SIZE or TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE
(PLUS) on the front passenger seat, always follow the
vehicle manufacturer's instructions regarding:
• Deactivating the passenger airbag
• The suitability of the passenger seat
• Whether the seat is fi tted with ISOFIX points.

whenever it is in the vehicle, regardless of whether a
child is using the TAKATA MINI I-SIZE or TAKATA
MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS). This prevents the TAKATA
I-SIZE BASE (PLUS) and the TAKATA MINI I-SIZE
or TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS) from fl ying forward
in the event of an accident or when braking sharply.
Never use the TAKATA I-SIZE BASE (PLUS) on its
own, or without properly securing the TAKATA MINI
I-SIZE or TAKATA MIDI I-SIZE (PLUS). Failure to
observe this notice may seriously risk your child's
safety, and the safety of other passengers.
