damaged do not use the tiller: verifiy first the damage, make up for it . Do not put the plug into the socket.
5. The section of the mains cable must be the same or higher if compared to class 05RN.
6. Rotovators/tines assembly/disassembly/cleaning/servicing operations must be performed when the engine is switched off and the plug
removed.
7. Start the cultivator standing behind the handlebars. The operator's position must be the same ( i.e. standing behind) at all times.
8. Do not touch/change safety/protecion devices. If the operator releases the lever, the motor/rotavators/tines must switch off.
9. During operations you need to use ear protectors, sturdy footwear and long trousers should be worn. Be very careful, when working, the
blade is potentially hazardous for hands and feet. Always walk and never run while operating the machine.
10. Before starting the machine , check the area to be worked for foreign bodies and stones.
11. In the case of an obstacle being hit which stops the machine, contact a service dealer to check it.
12. If the operator needs to lift up the blades from the ground for any reason, the machine must be switched off and the rotavators/tines must
be at a standstill.
13. Do not store the cultivator with plug inserted in the socket.
14. Do not sprinkle water on the cultivator and keep it protected from humidity.
15. Please note that our company assumes no responsability for damages due to: a) repairs made by unspecialized/unauthorized aftersales
service centers and/or (b) use of other than ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS. The same conditions apply to the accessories.
ASSEMBLY
The tiller is sold to customers, except for different agreements, disassembled in a suitable packaging. In order to complete the unit
assembly, please take care of the following procedure.
SPUR/TRANSFER WHEEL ASSEMBLY (FIG. 1) : Assembly the spur (46) into the ending part of the frame bracket and fix it with the "r" pin (47)
you can find in the accessories envelope. Fix the transport wheel support (49), ( you can find it assembled to the wheel) (51) to the frame using the
winged screw (63) + the corresponding washer (65). The transport wheel is to be used only to move the machine when the engine is switched off .
The transport wheel is necessary to be disassembled during working operations.
ASSEMBLY OF THE HANDLEBAR SUPPORT AND HANDLEBAR : ( FIG. 1 ) Assembly the handlebar support (35) using the 4 screws (36) and the
corresponding washers (38) . Screw up first the ones corresponding to the 2 holes , then the ones corresponding to the 2 slots (fig. 2). Insert the
wire cable holder (13) into the handlebar tube , then make the wire to pass-by as shown in the picture , then in the slot of the wire support rod (10)
(fig. 1). Fix the handlebars (2 -3) to the support (35) with the screw M8X150 (14) , the washers (15-17) and the handle (18) through the upper hole.
The screw M8x45 (19), the washer (15) and the nut (52) into the lower hole.
(Fig. 3) Fix the sleepers (8a - 8b) to the handlebars using the screws (11), the washers (12) and the nuts (6). Screw up the wire support rod (10) putting
the threaded ending into the mid-hole of the sleepers using the washers (12) and the nuts (6-9). The rod can turn 180° in relation to the position of
the wiring cable, HANDLEBARS ADJUSTMENT (FIG. 1) Adjust the handlebars height as per customers' own needs: to perform so it is necessary
ro unscrew the screws (36) fixing the support , ad just the height and then screw up the screws again.
SWITCH ASSEMBLY (FIG. 4) : Fix the switch putting the 2 plastic pins into the holes of the handlebar as shown in the picture . Close the switch
opening-side and fix it using the 2 self-tapping screws (in the accessories envelope).
