SUMMARY OF PRODUCT
The detector can detect live wires, ferromagnetic and diamagnetic metal elements, and wooden beams
located in the walls. Due to easy to read display and easy operation it is possible quickly and accurately
detect those elements. The small size and battery backup provides high mobility of the device.
ATTENTION! The offered detector is not a measuring instrument within the meaning of Act "Law on
measurements".
EQUIPMENT
The detector is supplied in a complete set and requires no assembly. For proper operation it is required
only to install the battery.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Do not use the detector close in the neighborhood of strong electromagnetic fields or electrical signals
at high frequencies. Do not use the detector in an environment where the ambient temperature is
outside the operating range. When the device is stored at temperatures exceeding the operating range,
before starting its operation, wait until device reaches a temperature within the operating range.
The shielded cables, low-voltage signal cables (CATV, computer) are detected only as metal elements.
If the detected objects are further away than the maximum range of the detector, they are not de-
tected.
Avoid using the detector on wet or damp surfaces. Items in the metal walls will not be detected.
Do not expose the detector to water, including rain. Do not place the device along with the other tools
in the toolbox. Impacts can damage the detector.
Detector should be transported in the attached package.
For longer interruptions in the application of detector, remove the battery from device. Do not store the
detector at a temperature above 60° C, it can damage the LCD display.
OPERATION OF DETECTOR
Battery replacement
Before first use, or when on the display indication of used battery is visible, install a new battery. To do
this, remove the battery cover, which is located on the bottom of device and remove old battery. When
replacing the battery, pay attention to the correct polarity. Narrower contact in the battery container is
designed to connect the "+" pole of battery, and a wider contact for connecting the "-" pole of battery.
ATTENTION! Use only good quality alkaline batteries.
Detector screen is equipped with a battery indicator. If the battery symbol is visible without filling, it
means the need to replace batteries with new ones.
Switching on and off the detector
