If the device is not functioning properly or an error code is visible, please check the below Error log for further
information. If the issue is not mentioned in the below error log, please contact the Trebs customer service.

Issue
Filter cover is not fixed
correctly
HEPA filter is not in place or
placed in device correctly
The dust sensor is damaged
The motor is overheated
and has shut down.
The motor is blocked and
can not function properly.
Solution
Cut power supply make sure the
filter cover is fitted correctly on the
backside of the device.
Cut power supply and make sure the
filter is fitted correctly in its position.
Review: Replacing the HEPA filter
Contact customer service for more
information and repair.
Unplug the 49100 and let it cool for
10 minutes. After 10 minutes plug
the 49100 back in and restart.
Contact the Trebs service
deparment.
