CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ADAPTER
Your appliance is delivered with an adaptor, and if you have to replace it, we advise you to
call in the nearest customer service or, in case of emergency, to pay attention to the following
characteristics:

appliance in.

CHARGING PROCESS
Do not charge your appliance if the room temperature is below 0°C or above 40°C.
Never charge your appliance more than 24 hours.
The average charging time of your appliance is 4 hours.
We advise you to charge your appliance fully before the first use and to let it discharge itself
regularly afterwards in order to increase the battery's lifespan. When you do not use the
appliance for a long time, it is perfectly normal that the battery discharges itself.
•
Put the plug of the supplied adapter in a power outlet with a voltage between 220 and
230V~.
•
Put the other end of the adapter's cord into the appliance. If you use another adapter
than the one supplied, make sure it possesses the same characteristics as mentioned
above.
•
As soon as the adapter is connected to the shaver, the red pilot light will come on.
•
Once the appliance is fully charged, you just need to remove the plug from the power
outlet.
OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Before use, we advise you to take a warm bath or shower in order to soften your skin and open
up your pores. Make use of cosmetics especially made to prepare your skin to make shaving
less painful. After use, you can use cream to soften the possible irritation of the skin.
•
When the appliance is correctly charged, remove the protective cap (4).
•
Slide the switch (2) upwards. The appliance starts to operate.
•
Make a rotary movement against the skin and press a bit harder on difficult areas.
•
To finish off the shaving, e.g. to cut the moustache and the side-whiskers, you can use the
long hair trimmer (9) situated at the back of the appliance. To switch it on, slide its release
button (8) upwards. When it reaches the correct position, it will switch on automatically.
•
Put the blade of the long hair trimmer (9) at a 90° angle against the surface you want to
shave and press gently.
•
To stop the trimmer, slide it back to its initial position.

210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good
