CLEANING
Caution: never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Unplug the deep fat fryer. Make sure both plugs have been removed from the power
socket.
Wait until the unit is completely cool before cleaning. Be careful when touching the
heating element as it might stay hot for quite some time after you have unplugged the
appliance. NEVER IMMERSE THE CONTROL PANELS IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID FOR
ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
Follow the section 'Disassembling the deep fat fryer'.
Do not use strong detergents or abrasive cloths/liquid, as this will damage the deep fat

Thoroughly dry all parts of the appliance.
Change the oil regularly.
To assemble, follow the section 'Assembling the deep fat fryer'.
STORING
Wait until the deep fat fryer is completely cool before storing.
The unit can be stored with the oil inside. Ensure the lids are tightly closed to avoid dust
