1. Navigate to the Windows Control Panel and click on the "Programs and Features"
icon.
Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
2. Once you're on the "Uninstall or change a program" page, find and double click the
entry titled "Fresco Logic USB3.0 Host Controller".
