ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2" SHANK:
1. Secure 2" shank assembly to vehicle reciever with
5/8"anti-rattle pin (G) and 5/8" washer (H). Tighten with
supplied wrench (Q). Install pin clip (R) as shown in Fig.1.
2. Attach (2) side tubes (short) (B) to the 2" shank assembly
(A) using 5/16-18 x 2-1/4" carriage bolts (D) and 5/16" lock
nuts (E). Center hole in tube aligns with square hole in
2" shank assembly. (Do not over tighten lock nuts. Side
tubes should swing freely). Fig 2.
3. Align holes in shank plate with side tube holes and
secure tubes in horizontal position with bail pins. Fig 2.
4. Attach center tube (long) (C) to the 2" shank assembly
(A) using one 5/16-18 x 2-1/4" carriage bolt (D) and 5/16"
lock nut (E). Secure in vertical position with bail pin (F).
(Do not over tighten lock nuts. Center tube should swing
freely). Fig 2.
