ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1-1/4" SHANK:
1. Attach 1-1/4" shank (L) to 1-1/4" support tube assembly (K) using (2)
3/8-16 x 2" carriage bolts (M) and (2) 3/8" lock nuts (N). Fig 3.
2. Install 1-1/4" shank assembly into 2" shank assembly. Line up threaded
hole in 1-1/4"shank with hole in 2" shank assembly. Secure with ½"
anti-rattle pin (O) and ½" flat washer (P). Tighten with supplied wrench
(Q). Install pin clip (R) as shown in Fig 4.
3. Remove bail pins (F) and rotate side tubes (B) to the horizontal position.
Lock side tubes in position with bail pins by first aligning tube holes
with lower bail pin holes as shown. Fig 5.
4. Slide wheel cradles (I, J) on side tubes (B) as shown in Fig 6. Repeat
for 2" shank assembly.
5. Slide frame hooks (S, T) on center tube (C) as shown in Fig 6. Repeat
for 2" shank assembly.
