Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems, first make sure
that there are no cable problems. Check all cable
connections.

Keyboard Not

Solution
Unplug the keyboard
from the Switch, then
plug it back in.
Turn off the PCs. Wait 5
seconds; then turn the
PCs on.
Press the [spacebar] to
exit Auto Scan Mode.
Shut down the PC and
reboot without switching
between PCs.
